PROPERTY CONDITION REPORT

A walkthrough and inspection will be done after the tenant has COMPLETELY vacates the property. Digital photos will be taken and compared with those taken pre-lease, noting any damages and/or any excessive cleaning needed. The tenant is responsible for leaving the property in the same condition as when they moved in. Any cleaning needed at lease end will be arranged by us and charged to the proper parties. Should any painting or routine maintenance be needed, we will arrange this service AS QUICKLY as possible so that your property will be ready to show and lease to the next tenants, with the minimum amount of turnaround time.

TIMELY DISBURSEMENT OF SECURITY FUNDS

The property will be inspected upon move-out and we will order any needed repairs ordered. We will then disburse security funds to the proper parties.

All of these services are preformed FOR YOU, BY US, at no additional cost to you. Your management fee covers all of this and much more!

WE DO IT AGAIN! After the lease ends, we will start the process again with no interruptions. We will be in contact with the tenant as the lease ends approaches so that a new tenant can be secured with little to no vacancy.
