The tenant screening process is the most important of the many services we provide. We ensure a tenant is properly screened before they are selected to lease your property. We want to ensure we protect your investment by placing a responsible lessee. We take a no-nonsense approach with a zero tolerance policy on damage, payment and problems. We want to minimize the risk of these problems so our screening process is very strict up front. Feel rest assured we take this very serious and make every effort to protect your property investment.

We pledge to do our best to place a quality tenant in your property. We will do a credit check, criminal background check, employment and prior landlord reference check with each adult applicant, the prospective tenant pays for this service. If there are any questions or concerns, we will present them to you, and allow you to make the final decision, if you wish. Collection of the entire security deposit and first month’s rental payment will be made in full by cashier ’s check or money order BEFORE any keys are disbursed to the tenant.
